The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has a score of 88.5, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi 9T's 78.2 global score. These devices use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has a more recent 12 version and Xiaomi Redmi 9T has Android 10 version, so it gives you some extra features. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is an older phone than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, but Samsung managed to build it just a bit lighter and incredibly thinner.
