Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi 9T's score of 78.2. Although the Sony Xperia XZ Premium is noticeably older than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, it's construction is thinner and just a little lighter. The Xperia XZ Premium has a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 9T. Both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features an incredibly better screen than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 2160 x 3840 resolution and a much greater screen pixels density. The Xiaomi Redmi 9T counts with just a bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 512 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi 9T shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a much higher 48 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, a larger aperture and a larger sensor taking better quality videos and photographs.
Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a very superior battery life than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 3230mAh.
