Comparison review
Google Pixel 4a is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, with a general score of 82.9 against 79.5. Both devices in our current comparison include the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding operating system features. Despite of the fact that the Google Pixel 4a is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, it's design is much lighter and a little bit thinner.
Google Pixel 4a has just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Google Pixel 4a also has 2 GB more RAM. Google Pixel 4a counts with a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, because although it has a little smaller display and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a quite higher pixels count in each inch of screen.
The Google Pixel 4a counts with much more storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, because it has 128 GB internal storage. The Google Pixel 4a's camera is just as good as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G one, because although the Google Pixel 4a has a way tinier back camera sensor taking way worse quality videos and images and a back camera with much less megapixels, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better low-light photos and video.

If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
