Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G is a little bit better than the LG G3, with a score of 79.5 against 76.4. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G has 11 version while LG G3 has Android 5.0, so it gives a couple nice extra features. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G is a noticeably heavier phone than LG G3, but both have the same thickness.
The LG G3 counts with a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
