The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G has a general score of 79.5, which is slightly better than LG G7 One's general score of 76.8. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G has a more recent 11 version and LG G7 One has Android 10 version, so it counts with lots of additional features. Even though the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G is newer than the LG G7 One, it is thicker and heavier.
