Galaxy A52 5G has a general score of 91.3, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G's 79.5 score. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Galaxy A52 5G has a more recent 12 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G has Android 11. The Galaxy A52 5G is a a little thinner and just a little lighter cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, although both were only released with a couple months difference.
