Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is way better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, having a global score of 98.1 against 79.5. Both of these phones have the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra construction has the same thickness than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, but it is heavier.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has more RAM memory. Galaxy S21 Ultra has a much sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, because it has a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a quite bigger display and a greater amount of pixels per inch in the display.
