The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, with an 89 score against 79.5. Both of these phones have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so both should give you the same OS features. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 design is thinner but heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, and both of them were released with only a couple of months difference.
