Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro is a bit better than Google Pixel 3a XL, getting an 82.4 score against 78.9. These phones include the same Android 11 operating system. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro design has the same thickness than the Google Pixel 3a XL, but it's heavier. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro counts with a bit better processing power than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
