Google Pixel 4 XL has a score of 82.9, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro's global score of 82.4. Google Pixel 4 XL is a a little bit heavier phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, but they are 0.32inches thick. Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a little faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro has a bit better looking screen than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a lot worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a much worse amount of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little bigger screen. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
