LG V30S ThinQ has a general score of 82.5, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro's 82.4 overall score. These phones have Android OS, but the LG V30S ThinQ has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro has Android 11 version, providing some extra features. The LG V30S ThinQ construction is just a bit thinner and lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, even though it was released many years before.
The LG V30S ThinQ has just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. Both of them have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core CPU. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro features a bit sharper screen than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a lot lower count of pixels per display inch, it also counts with a bit larger display.

The LG V30S ThinQ features a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, because it has 64 GB more internal memory capacity and a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro counts with a superior battery performance than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has a 5020mAh battery size instead of 3300mAh.
Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
