Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S10 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, getting a overall score of 88.3 against 82.4. These phones include the same Android 11 operating system. Samsung Galaxy S10's body is a little thinner and somewhat lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, even though it was released 2 years before.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro features a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S10, because although it has a much lower screen pixels density and a way worse 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, it also counts with a quite bigger screen. The Samsung Galaxy S10 features a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB, the Samsung Galaxy S10 also has 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Galaxy S10 has a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S10 also has 2 GB more RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro has a better camera than Galaxy S10, because although it has lower video frame rates and a lot tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for taking pictures or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro features a superior battery duration than Galaxy S10, because it has a 48% larger battery capacity.
The Galaxy S10 costs a bit more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
