Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4a has a general score of 82.9, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10's global score of 78.3. The Google Pixel 4a body is lighter and just a little thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, even when they were released with only a few months difference. Both phones we are comparing use the same Android 11 OS (operating system).
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has a little bit better screen than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a bit less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a little bit larger screen and a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. The Google Pixel 4a counts with a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Google Pixel 4a also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

Although Google Pixel 4a is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Google Pixel 4a, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, resigning some features and specs.
