The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has an overall score of 78.3, which is slightly better than Huawei P smart S's general score of 77.2. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has the newer 11 version while Huawei P smart S has Android 10 version, giving you some additional features.
