Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has a general score of 78.3, which is just a bit better than LG Q70's overall score of 77.9. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 is a newer and a little lighter phone than LG Q70, but it is just a bit thicker. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has a newer 11 version and LG Q70 has Android 10, providing a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 features a little faster processing unit than LG Q70. Both have a Octa-Core processor and 4 GB of RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 counts with a more vivid screen than LG Q70, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 also has a just a bit better count of pixels in each inch of screen and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
The LG Q70 shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, although it has a back-facing camera with a lot lower resolution and a way smaller camera sensor taking much lower quality videos and photos, they both have a same size aperture. LG Q70 has a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the LG Q70 also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 counts with greater battery life than LG Q70, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 is also by far the cheapest one, which makes this phone a no doubt choice.
