Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 is a bit better than the Moto Z3, with a 78.3 score against 77.6. These devices work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has 11 version while Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 is way newer than Moto Z3, it's thicker and heavier. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 counts with a sharper screen than Moto Z3, because it has a little bit larger display, a bit higher 1080 x 2400px resolution and a just a bit higher screen pixels density.
The Moto Z3 has just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. They have 8 CPU cores and a 4 GB RAM memory.
