Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a general score of 79, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10's general score of 78.3. These devices come with the same Android 11 OS. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is an older, somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. Both of them have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has a more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2400 resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 also counts with a little bit higher display density. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S and Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 both have quite similar memory to store more apps and games, both of them have a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 512 GB and exactly the same internal memory.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's battery duration is just as good as the battery performance in Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has 5020mAh of battery capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a much better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. They have a same resolution back camera, a same size diafragm aperture and a 0.5 inches sensor.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a better device, it costs more than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, letting go some specs and features.
