Huawei Mate X2 is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, having a general score of 89.1 against 78.2. Both devices in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate X2 has the older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S has Android 11. Huawei Mate X2's design is notably heavier but a little thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, and both of them were released with only 2 months difference.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S counts with a bit better looking display than Huawei Mate X2, although it has a much smaller display, a way lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little worse pixels density. The Huawei Mate X2 has a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, because it has more internal memory capacity.
Huawei Mate X2 features a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate X2 also has more RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Huawei Mate X2, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4500mAh.
Huawei Mate X2 shoots much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, although it has a lot less MP resolution back facing camera and a smaller diafragm aperture.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Huawei Mate X2, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, letting go a couple specs and features.
