Comparison review
The Galaxy A42 has a score of 87, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S's global score of 78.2. The Galaxy A42 construction is a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S. Both phones in this review have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System). Samsung Galaxy A42's processing unit is just as good as the processor in Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, and although the Samsung Galaxy A42 has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S has a much better display than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater quantity of pixels per display inch and a much better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Galaxy A42 features a superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, although it has a back camera with much less MP, they both have a F1.8 camera aperture.
The Galaxy A42 features a way bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy A42's battery duration is very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S one.
