Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 5 has an overall score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S's score of 78.2. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Galaxy Note 5 has 5.1 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S has Android 11 version. Although Galaxy Note 5 is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, it's design is just a little lighter and a little thinner.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better pixel density and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. Galaxy Note 5 counts with as much storage for games and applications as Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, both of them have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S features a bit better CPU than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a greater amount of RAM and more cores. The Galaxy Note 5 shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light photos and videos and a back camera with way less MP resolution.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S counts with a very superior battery life than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Note 5, otherwise you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, giving up a couple specs and features.
