Galaxy S10 is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, having a general score of 88.3 against 78.2. The Galaxy S10 construction is a bit thinner and lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, even though it was released many years before. Both of these phones include the same Android 11 OS, so they should provide identical operating system features.
