The Samsung Galaxy S6 is an noticeably older device than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, but it's somewhat thinner and a lot lighter anyway. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S6 has an older 5.0 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S has Android 11.
