The Xperia Z5 Premium has a score of 79.8, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S's 78.2 global score. The Xperia Z5 Premium design is a bit thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, but it's a little bit heavier and was released many years before. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Xperia Z5 Premium has older 5.1 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S has Android 11.
The Xperia Z5 Premium features a more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 3840 x 2160px and a much better screen density. The Xperia Z5 Premium has a bigger storage to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows up to 200 GB.

Although Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Xperia Z5 Premium, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S, giving up a couple features and specs.
