Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro is much better than the Galaxy XCover 5, having a general score of 86.1 against 78.1. These phones use the same Android 11 operating system. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro is a just a bit thinner but heavier phone than Galaxy XCover 5.
