Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 has the newer 11 version while Moto G8 Power has Android 10 version, providing a couple additional features and a performance increase. Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 is a a little lighter and a little bit thinner phone than Moto G8 Power.
