Comparison review
Galaxy Note8 has an overall score of 83, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S's 73.9 overall score. Both phones we are comparing use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S has Android 11, so it gives you some nice extra features. Even being the best in this review, Galaxy Note8's construction is just a bit heavier and just a little thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S features a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a little bit lower screen pixels density, it also counts with a little bigger screen and a slightly higher 2080 x 2400 resolution. The Galaxy Note8 counts with a much faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note8 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S has a very superior storage for applications and games than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S has a slightly better camera than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier camera aperture and a way tinier back-facing camera sensor taking less light and dull colors, it also counts with a lot higher resolution back facing camera.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S counts with a way better battery performance than Galaxy Note8, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
