Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has a general score of 91.5, which is much better than the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate's 81.2 general score. These devices use Android OS, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has 12 version while Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has Android 13. Even when Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer and Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate were released only 5 months apart, Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has a much better looking screen than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has a way worse 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, a bit smaller display and a little lower number of pixels per screen inch. Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer, because it has 512 GB internal memory.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer takes much clearer pictures and videos than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer also has a back facing camera with lot more megapixels, better video frame rate and a bigger sensor taking higher quality photos.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate counts with a much longer battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer, because it has a 40 percent larger battery size.
