Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 30, getting a overall score of 91.5 against 84. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has 12 version and Huawei Mate 30 has Android 10 version, so it gives some nice extra features. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer's construction is much newer, but a little bit thicker and a bit heavier than the Huawei Mate 30.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer features a bit sharper display than Huawei Mate 30, because it has a just a little better pixel quantity in each inch in the screen, a slightly better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a quite bigger screen. The Huawei Mate 30 has a bit more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer. Both have 8 CPU cores and the same RAM memory amount.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer captures much better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has worse 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer also counts with a camera with a much higher resolution, a bigger camera aperture and a larger camera sensor providing a better image quality.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei Mate 30, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 30, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.
