Asus ROG Phone 5s is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, getting an 84.9 score against 75.7. Both of these phones use the same Android 12 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding operating system features. Although it's the best we are comparing here, the Asus ROG Phone 5s is an older, incredibly heavier and much thicker cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro.
The Asus ROG Phone 5s has a way better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also has a higher amount of RAM. The Asus ROG Phone 5s features a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have a greater pixels amount in each inch of screen, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also has more display brightness, a bit higher 1080 x 2448 resolution and a little larger screen.

Asus ROG Phone 5s has superior battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.
The Asus ROG Phone 5s features a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing worse quality photos, it also counts with a way more mega-pixels back facing camera, a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution and a bigger aperture.
