Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 5G is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, having an 87.4 score against 75.7. Despite being the best phone in this review, we must highlight that it is also incredibly older, a little bit thicker and just a bit heavier. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 30 5G has the previous 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a little more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a little bit higher screen pixel density and a quite bigger screen. Huawei Mate 30 5G counts with a much powerful CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Huawei Mate 30 5G shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a back facing camera with less mega-pixels and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better images and video in low-light situations and a larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Huawei Mate 30 5G's memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is very similar to Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's one, both have equal internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has superior battery life than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.
