Huawei nova 5T has an overall score of 80.8, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's score of 75.7. Both phones in this review come with Android operating system, but Huawei nova 5T has the older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12. The Huawei nova 5T is a just a little lighter phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, but they have the same thickness.
The Huawei nova 5T counts with a way better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. They have 8 processing cores and 6 GB of RAM. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a little more vivid display than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has a quite worse screen density, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bigger display.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has just a bit better camera than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for capturing images and videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also counts with a back camera with a higher 50 mega-pixels resolution and a much larger camera sensor.
