The Huawei P50 Pro has a score of 80, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's 75.7 general score. Even being the best in this review, it must be noted that it's also an older, just a little bit heavier and just a little thicker cellphone. Huawei P50 Pro counts with HarmonyOS OS, while Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro comes with Android 12 OS.
The Huawei P50 Pro counts with a very superior processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei P50 Pro also has more RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a bit more vivid display than Huawei P50 Pro, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch in the display and a bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a little bigger display.
The Huawei P50 Pro counts with a lot bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because it has 128 GB more internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has just a bit better battery lifetime than Huawei P50 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4360mAh.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro takes way better photos and videos than Huawei P50 Pro, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for shooting images and video in poorly lited environments, they both have the same resolution back facing camera.
