Comparison review
The LG G8 ThinQ has a global score of 84.3, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's 75.7 global score. The LG G8 ThinQ is a incredibly older and just a bit thicker cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, but LG managed to build it somewhat lighter anyway. Both phones we compare here use Android operating system, but LG G8 ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12 version, providing some nice extra features and optimized performance.
LG G8 ThinQ has a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a lot darker display and a little smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with an extremely better processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. Both have 8 cores and 6 GB of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a superior camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a way smaller camera aperture and worse 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also counts with a lot better resolution back facing camera and a way bigger sensor capturing lot better quality pictures and videos.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a very superior storage for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a much longer battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 3500mAh.
