Samsung Galaxy J7 Max is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, having a general score of 76.1 against 75.7. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has the newer 7.0 Nougat version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12 version. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max design is a little lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, but it is a bit thicker and was released 5 years before.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because it has a bigger display, a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a quite higher pixels density. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a quite bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
