Comparison review
The Galaxy M30 has a global score of 82.4, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's score of 75.7. Both phones we compare here come with Android operating system, but Galaxy M30 has 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12. Despite of the fact Galaxy M30 is much older and just a little bit thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, it's construction is still just a little bit lighter.
The Samsung Galaxy M30 has a really superior performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core CPU. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a little more vivid display than Galaxy M30, because although it has a quite lower pixels density, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a little bigger screen.
Samsung Galaxy M30 features a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy M30 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro shoots much better pictures and videos than Galaxy M30, and although they both have the same aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a way more MP camera, a much larger sensor and a way better video resolution.
Galaxy M30 has a battery lifetime that's very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro one.
