Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 3 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, getting a global score of 81.2 against 75.7. Both phones we compare here have Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 3 has 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12. Galaxy Note 3 is an a lot older and a bit thicker cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, but Samsung managed to make it somewhat lighter anyway.
The Galaxy Note 3 has a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it has a quite smaller screen, a quite worse pixel density and a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Galaxy Note 3 features a really superior performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has 4 less processing cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional GPU.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a much better camera than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures and video, a lot larger sensor providing a much better image quality and a camera with a lot higher resolution.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features just a bit more storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a very superior battery duration than Galaxy Note 3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
