Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has an overall score of 81.6, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's global score of 75.7. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has the older 5.0 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12 version. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a much older and a bit thicker phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, but Samsung was able to build it just a bit lighter anyway.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a much greater performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster) and 3 GB less RAM, it also counts with an additional GPU. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a greater pixel density.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has much more memory for apps and games than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro captures better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a larger diafragm aperture, a much more mega-pixels camera and a much larger back-facing camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs.
