Galaxy S10 5G is a just a little heavier phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, but both are equally thin. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S10 5G has the older 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12.
