Samsung Galaxy S5 is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, getting an 80.8 score against 75.7. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S5 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12, providing the user lots of additional features. Samsung Galaxy S5's construction is lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, but it's just a little bit thicker and was released 9 years before.
Galaxy S5 counts with a better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a lot smaller display and a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a greater pixels number per display inch. Galaxy S5 counts with a way better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processor.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a larger aperture, a back-facing camera with a lot higher 50 MP resolution and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor shooting way better quality photos.
