Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Edge is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, having a score of 85.7 against 75.7. Both devices in this comparison use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S6 Edge has the older 5.0 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12 version. The Galaxy S6 Edge is an noticeably older phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, but it's a little bit thinner and incredibly lighter anyway.
The Galaxy S6 Edge features a much better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro and Galaxy S6 Edge have really similar memory capacity for games and applications, they have equal internal storage.
Galaxy S6 Edge has a very superior hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bits processing unit and a graphics co-processor. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro shoots a lot better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a lot higher 50 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 92% greater battery size.
