Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZs has an overall score of 77.2, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's 75.7 general score. Despite of the fact the Sony Xperia XZs is incredibly older and a bit thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, it's design is still somewhat lighter. Xperia XZs counts with an extremely better processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it has a lower number of cores (but faster) and 2 GB lesser RAM.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a bit sharper screen than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a larger display and a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Xperia XZs shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it has a much smaller back-facing camera sensor which offers a lot worse image and video quality, a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for low light photography and video, a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a way lower 19 megapixels resolution back facing camera.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a greater storage for games and applications than Xperia XZs, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a very superior battery duration than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 2900mAh.
