Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi A3 has a global score of 79.2, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's 75.7 general score. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi A3 has the older 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12. The Xiaomi Mi A3 design is just a bit lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it's just a little thicker and was released 3 years before.
The Xiaomi Mi A3 has a much better performing processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi A3, because it has a quite bigger screen, a greater screen density and a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2400.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi A3, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for shooting photographs and/or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also counts with a way larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a more MP camera in the back.
The Xiaomi Mi A3 features a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the Xiaomi Mi A3 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features greater battery duration than Xiaomi Mi A3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
