Comparison review
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a general score of 80.5, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's 75.7 overall score. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12 version, counting with some extra features and a performance increase. Although Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is notably older and a little bit thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, it's construction is still just a little bit lighter.
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a much greater performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. Both have the same RAM amount and 8 cores. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has a quite lower count of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a little bit bigger display.

Xiaomi Note 7 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro both have similar memory capacity for games and applications, both of them have the same internal storage. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
