Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, getting a overall score of 83.1 against 79. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G has 13 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11. Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G's construction is much newer, incredibly lighter and thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G has a more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have a same size display, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G also has a little bit more pixels per inch in the screen and a quite better resolution of 1220 x 2710. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a much powerful CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G captures a bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because it has a camera with a much higher resolution, a lot larger camera sensor taking lot higher quality videos and pictures and a bigger camera aperture for better photography in poorly lited environments.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that allows up to 1 TB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity instead of 5020mAh.
