The Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro's 77.1 general score. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 3 has an older 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro has Android 13.
