The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a way better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for capturing images and video in low light environments, and they both have a 200 MP resolution camera, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra also counts with a larger sensor which offers a better image and video quality.
