Huawei Mate 30 has a general score of 84, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G's global score of 71.6. Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 30 has the older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G has Android 14. The Huawei Mate 30 counts with a much greater processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G. Both have a 8 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Huawei Mate 30 has an incredibly better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, although it has a little bit smaller screen. Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G shoots better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G also counts with a back facing camera with a much higher resolution, a larger aperture for better photos and video in low-light situations and a bigger back camera sensor capturing better quality photographs and videos.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G features a much better storage for games and applications than Huawei Mate 30, because it has 256 GB internal memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G has longer battery life than Huawei Mate 30, because it has a 22% larger battery size.
