Huawei P40 is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, having an 86.4 score against 65.6. Huawei P40 is a newer phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, although it's a little thicker and a little heavier. These devices use Android operating system, but Huawei P40 has a newer 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides a couple additional features.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 counts with a little more vivid screen than Huawei P40, although it has a little worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, a little smaller display and a just a bit lower pixel density. Huawei P40 counts with a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
Huawei P40 features a quite better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, because it has a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Huawei P40 has a very superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, because it has a lot better (4K) video definition, a larger camera aperture and a lot higher 50 MP resolution back camera.
The Huawei P40 has better battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity instead of 3060mAh.
Even being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Huawei P40 is also cheaper.
