The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 80.7, which is a lot better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 2's 65.6 score. Both of these devices work with the same Android 5.0 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 design is older, just a bit thicker and a bit heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2.
