Galaxy Note 3 is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, with an 80.7 score against 52.3. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 3 has newer 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 has Android 4.4 version, so it provides some extra features and performance enhancements.
Galaxy Note 3 features just a bit better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, because although it has a bit lower amount of pixels per display inch, and they both have exactly the same 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, the Galaxy Note 3 also counts with a quite larger screen. Galaxy Note 3 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, because it has 64 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 64 GB.

Galaxy Note 3 has a very superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 2. Both of them have the same resolution back camera.
